		<description>Patricia, Alot of bakeries now don&#039;t use this preservative, but if you just ask them they will let you know.  Not sure where you are from but I am in Australia and Brumbies and Bakers Delight are preservative free.  This is a very common preservative in baked goods, like muffins, crumpets, piklets, cakes etc.  It should be written on the ingredients label on the packet.  It&#039;s just a matter of reading all the labels on everything you buy and asking the bakers to give you a list of ingredients. Hope that helps.</description>
